The exclusive studio is located in a lovingly renovated courtyard remise in Zehlendorf Mitte on Potsdamer Straße. The reception room, the checkroom, the shower as well as the heart of the studio, the training room, are located on a light-flooded area of approx. 84 m2. Here you can fully concentrate on your training goals in an undisturbed environment.
THE EXCLUSIVE ROOM FOR YOUR PILATES MOMENTS
The training room is fully equipped with high-quality STOTT PILATES equipment (V2 Max Plus Reformer, Chair, Barrels) as well as small equipment (Fitness Circle, Toning Ball, Foam Roller, Bosu, Flexband). This allows us to flexibly and creatively design each workout to meet your needs.
FLEXIBLE SPACE FOR SMALL GROUPS
Depending on your needs, we redesign the room to meet our small group needs. Our diverse equipment is variable and space efficient. Whether we work on the reformer or on the mat, the training is intense for everyone and takes place in a comfortable atmosphere.
EQUIPMENT FROM PROFESSIONALS FOR PROFESSIONALS
For example: the reformers are equipped with high-precision springs that allow us to adjust the resistance individually. Every detail in the handling of the equipment is well thought out so that we can concentrate on the essentials: Your Pilates experience.
