Vinyasa Yoga on the Reformer
Flow Yoga and Yoga Pre/Postnatal: Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga based on Hatha Yoga, involving the centre of the body and strengthening the deep abdominal muscles. Movement and breathing are synchronised in a creative and flowing asana sequencing. In each class the focus is varied again and again. First the body heat (tapas) as well as the body-soul consciousness is built up, to then change into the relaxing stretching exercises, forward bends and backbends.
